Set designer Gabriella Slade asked me to create some graphics for her beautiful, heightened 1920s-style set for Love Birds. This was a really fun job for me - I was asked to design bird seed labels to stick on tin drums, Love Birds themed dollar bills, a handful of covers for old sheet music belonging to one of the characters in the play, and the graphics for the backdrop and floor of the set itself. It was lovely to go wild with these designs without having to worry about them needing to 'sell' anything - the purpose was simply to add to the world that Gabriella had created for the musical. Very silly and very fun.
