City of Glass

Fifty-nine productions are a very cool crew. After completely smashing the projection mapping at the Olympics Opening Ceremony their new project is much more than just a tech-fest (although the state of the art tech does sound pretty exciting to me!). City of Glass is sort of a story-within-a-story, based on Paul Auster's 1985 cult novel, and it's one of the most exciting scripts I've read this year. The story starts with a wrong number, which leads the main character into a series of events that he was never really meant to be a part of. I wanted to get across an uncanny feeling - the main character seems trapped in a bizarre set of events in a dark and confusing world, and you're never quite sure exactly what's going on, so I wanted the poster to show him as isolated and lost.
