The Woman in White

For The Woman in White I was asked to take the original London artwork, which looks like this...

...and give it a younger, more contemporary twist, and emphasise the love story. So I got together with a beautiful girl who happens to live just across the road from me, raided John Lewis' dress section, and took some photos. I lit her from behind to give a feeling of anonymity (at the start of the story, the 'Woman in White' is a rather mysterious figure), and used the shape of her profile to contain an image of another couple. Andrew Lloyd Webber's music has a real epic feel to it, so I hope I've achieved that epic feel in the poster too!
