Eldorado

Eldorado was one of my more challenging briefs. It's a really odd play (great, but odd), so the trick was to come up with a design that had an element of surrealism and strangeness, but that wasn't completely alientating. It's very hard to describe in words what this play is about, but I hope these designs at least give you an idea of the mood and some of the themes! The final design is the one on the right – probably the least 'weird' of the three but it's kept a sense of the uncanny I think.
